FAQ on Shipday transition

 Q: Do I need to create a new account with Shipday?

Ans: No, you don’t need to open any new account. Your exiting dispatch account will work on Shipday. Same login credentials.

Q: Do Drivers need to download new App?

Ans: Yes, drivers need to download the new driver app named “Shipday Drive” and login from there. Their login credentials will be same as QuestTag delivery App.

Q: Do all drivers need to move to shipday at once ?

Ans: No, drivers can gradually move to Shipday. Both the driver apps will work with new Shipday dispatch account.

Q: Where to begin ?

Ans: First step is to move to Shipday for dispatch. Just login from Shipday login page.

Then ask drivers to delete the QuestTag App and download new “Shipday Drive” app from the App Store or Google Play Store. After they download the App, they can login with same credentials they had with the QuestTag app.

Q: What if I forget the password?

Ans: You can download the app, and click on forget password on the new app to reset the password.

Q: Will my external forms work with Shipday?

Ans: Yes, they will work.
