Integration Instructions:

Here are the integration steps with cloud waitress account after you already open an account with QuestTag. If you have not, please open an account with QuestTag first.

Step 1: Go to cloud waitress admin panel for your restaurant and look for Webhooks under System, and click on create Webhooks.

Step 2: Go to QuestTag account and under My Account section you will see the API key. Click on the “show” link to get the API key.

Step 3: Enter your QuestTag password to unlock the API key, and copy it.

Step 4: Create the Webhooks link by adding your QuestTag API key to the end of this weblink:

https://integration.questtag.com/g/wh?provider=cloudwaitress&key=[your QuestTag API key]

Step 5: paste the link with your QuestTag API key as Webhook on your CloudWaitress account.

Step 6: Save it and you are done. Every time an order comes to your restaurant account for delivery, it will go to your QuestTag dispatch system.
